Photoshop has become the industry standard when it comes to manipulating digital images. Everyone seems to think that they are experts at working their images in photoshop. Applying filters and putting in a drop shadow are easy and effective. Some of the more difficult applications of the program, however, are your true day to day uses and needs. Rebuilding a background or creating a new one, bringing different element together seamlessly or eliminating distracting elements from an otherwise beautiful photograph are real digital magic. These techniques take skill and are labor intensive. Most if not all the graphics that you see on these pages were created in Photoshop.
